A Company Maintenance Plan ensures your company stays copmliant with CIPC and the Companies Act with regards to Annual Returns and Company Changes.

1) Company Changes during the year.

As your business changes, you simply notify us. We will then request specific information and documents from you and handle the changes at CIPC.

We cover all CIPC charges associated with the amendments to your Company’s Registration Documents throughout the year.

Amendments include:

• Registered Address Change
• Add or Remove Directors
• Change of Shares

2) Annual Returns at CIPC:

Annually, your consultant will request information from you to ensure your CIPC Annual Returns are submitted on time. This information includes:

• Estimated Turnover Amount (If you are dormant and not trading – it will be R0)
• Current Business Address

We cover all CIPC charges associated with 1-year Annual Returns submission.

*Please note that the following instances will require additional cost:

1. When your company’s turnover exceeds R1 million during a 12-month period.
2. When you provide the necessary information after the CIPC Return deadline.

*For the above mentioned instances, we will provide you with a quotation based on the specific requirements of CIPC.

3) Company Documents Storage:
